COCON Studio is an independent online fashion seller based in Thailand.

These Terms apply to enquiries and orders made through this website, WhatsApp, email or another officially confirmed contact channel.

Website Purpose

This website presents selected fashion products and allows customers to contact us for:

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, measurements, colours and material information.

Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings and device displays.

Customers must confirm the selected item, measurements, size, colour, material, price, stock and delivery information before payment.

Availability

Our styles, colours and stock change frequently.

Viewing a product, receiving the catalogue or discussing an item does not reserve the item.

Stock is confirmed before payment.

Prices

Prices are displayed or confirmed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

The final product price, shipping charge, taxes where applicable and estimated delivery time will be confirmed before payment.

Orders

An order is accepted after:

  1. The item and order details are confirmed
  2. The customer agrees to the final price and delivery information
  3. Payment is received or another payment arrangement is confirmed

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment and all required order information are confirmed.

The 48-hour period refers to dispatch.

It does not mean delivery within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are listed in the Shipping Policy.

Dispatch Delay

If an order cannot be dispatched within the promised period, we will contact the customer.

If the order has not been dispatched, the customer may accept the revised dispatch period or request cancellation and a refund, subject to applicable law.

Payment

Payment instructions will be provided through our official WhatsApp number, email or approved payment channel.

Customers should not send payment to any account or person that has not been confirmed through the official contact details on this website.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Please contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.

Changes may not be possible after an order has been prepared, altered, dispatched or otherwise committed to fulfilment.

Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain valid.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the separate Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related return costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Customs

Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements of their destination and paying applicable duties, taxes or customs fees unless otherwise confirmed before payment.

The COCON Studio name, original website text, layout and original media may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
